How to use Himalayan Crystal Salt

In Food

 The most common way to use Himalayan Crystal Salt is to use it in place of your regular table salt. Add it to your meals and cooking as you use regular table salt.

* Recommended use - no more than 1 gram per day

Brine solution

Himalayan Crystal Salt can also be prepared into a brine solution, which can be used to replenish  vital electrolytes and harmonize the pH levels in the body   Add a few tablespoons of Himalayan Crystal Salt into a sealable glass container and add water (filtered or spring water), allow the salt crystals to dissolve completely. Keep adding more salt crystals until the salt crystals do not dissolve any more. This brine solution is now saturated and cannot dissolve anymore salt. This brine solution is absolutely sterile and germ-free. It can therefore be stored for years in a closed glass container without changing or decomposing

Add one teaspoon of the brine solution once a day in the morning (30 minutes before breakfast) in a glass of fresh spring water or filtered water. During the day drink at least 6-8 glasses of pure spring water or filtered water.

External use

Himalayan Crystal Salt is also very beneficial to your skin. Himalayan Crystal Salt can be added to your bath for a relaxing and healthy mineral soak.
